What we delivered
- Three skid-mounted fire-water pump systems:
- Normal duty: 1,500 m³/h @ 150 mwc each
- Boost mode: 2,250 m³/h @ 119 mwc (150%)
- Hydraulic-driven lift pumps installed below the waterline to prime instantly with seawater
- Diesel-driven booster pumps located safely above the waterline for high-pressure delivery to the ring main
- Fully autonomous control philosophy with remote start/stop, condition monitoring and automatic switchover
- End-to-end engineering, construction and factory testing in-house, including flow testing to NFPA 20 and certification to ABS requirements
Why it matters
- Offshore fire-water reliability – independent of FPSO utilities
- Compact, skid-mounted layout – minimises deck modifications and speeds installation at Keppel (Seatrium), Singapore
- Class-approved documentation – clears regulatory hurdles and supports fast-track project schedules
