Custom-built offshore fire protection for vessel conversion projects

Royal Wagenborg secured a long-term contract requiring the conversion of an existing icebreaking vessel into a diving support vessel. A critical charter requirement was external fire fighting capability. To fulfil this requirement, Royal Wagenborg commissioned shipyard Royal Niestern Sander, and Fischcon was selected as the trusted partner for delivering reliable, high-spec fire protection.

Fischcon provided a semi-permanent, containerized diesel-driven Fi-Fi system, clearly demonstrating Fischcon’s capability to deliver custom-engineered fire fighting solutions tailored specifically to challenging maritime conversions and offshore operations.
